Cardio core is 45 minutes of one of our patented ab blasting routines with a great mix of heart thumping cardio exercises to get you feeling and looking great.

Body Blast is a 35 minute total body high intensity training regiment. Guaranteed to burn off the extra calories and put on the lean muscle that we all want. Body Blast is a combined circuit of strength and cardiovascular exercises to promote a leaner and more tone physique.
