We use proven methods in all of our classes to achieve the goals we want. We provide a safe and fun environment for people of all ages and abilities. All training is done under the close supervision of a qualified fitness professional that will not only motivate you to give it your best effort but will also educate you on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
- Strength and Conditioning - A blend of strength training movements paired with cardiovascular exercises to encompass the full spectrum of your overall fitness. Class size is limited to 12 people. $30 For the month.
Every Monday at 6:00pm.
- Boxing - Burn those calories off with this high intensity boxing class. The class involves boxing techniques and the use of heavy bags, speed bag, and hand pads. Participants are to have their own set of gloves. $30 for the month. Class is limited to 10 people.
Every Thursday at 6:00pm.
- Core - Strengthen up your lower back and abs with this unique mix of exercises to help gain core strength, better posture and more flexibility through the hips and shoulders. Class is $30 per month and class is limited to 8 people.
Every Tuesday at 6:00pm.
- Beginner Yoga - This is the class for the person who is in the beginner phase of Yoga. Learn basic poses and methods in this 1 hour class to gain flexibility, strength and relaxation. $50 for the month. Class is limited to 12 people.
